How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with the tracking link once your order has been shipped. If you can't find it, please email us at hello@malia.care with your order number.

What are the delivery times?
Metropolitan France: 2–4 working days. Europe: 4–7 days. Outside Europe: please contact us.

Can I return a product?
You have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. Products must be unopened. See our return policy for the procedure.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our formulas are 100% natural origin, water-free, synthetic fragrance-free, and not tested on animals. If in doubt, perform a patch test on your forearm 24 hours before use.
